Experienced counsellor & NDIS Support Provider in Adelaide
With over a decade of experience in family systems therapy, complex trauma recovery, and holistic care, I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence. My passion is guiding individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments with warmth, understanding, and professional expertise.
As a qualified counsellor, psychosocial recovery coach, and NDIS advocate, my practice centres on empowerment, healing, and sustainable personal growth. I work primarily in one-on-one counselling with individuals, including NDIS participants, and collaborate with other support service providers to deliver cohesive, tailored care that meets each client’s unique needs.

My background & professional counselling experience
I have spent my career supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, specialising in trauma-informed counselling, mental health recovery, and behavioural change strategies. My expertise extends across the psychosocial and disability sectors, where I provide tailored interventions for those facing emotional distress, family conflicts, and mental health challenges.
I am the owner of Orbit Counselling, and before I founded the company, I worked within the education system and disability services, offering guidance to children, adults, and families dealing with trauma and behavioural complexities. This experience deepened my understanding of the intricate connections between emotional well-being, personal development, and environmental influences.
As a psychosocial recovery coach, I guide individuals in building life skills, enhancing social engagement, and fostering independence. I also specialise in NDIS advocacy, helping participants access the right support services, navigate plan management, and maximise funding opportunities.
